A series of powerful storms tore through our area and blew out the window in Carolyn and Carlton's bedroom.  Now there are must a few sharp shards in the frame.  Their mother, Joan, bought the materials she needed to cover the window but because they were so expensive, she is unable to pay her utility bills.
