Lisa serves the Edmundite Missions as the Chief Development Officer (CDO) to lead all philanthropic strategies that support the programs of the Missions. As an active executive member of the National Catholic Development Conference (NCDC), she is respected as an inspirational leader who consistently demonstrates her commitment to mission. Lisa intuitively seeks opportunities for organizational success and growth. As the CDO, she will develop comprehensive fundraising strategies that inspire and nurture the Missions partners in ministry. Previously, as leader of the Gift Planning division of the Mission Advancement team at the Maryknoll Fathers and Brothers, Lisa successfully led the major gift and planned giving program that provided a sustainable stream of income that enabled the Maryknoll Missioners to serve in solidarity with the poor throughout Asia, Africa and Latin America. Throughout her nearly 12 years of leadership at Maryknoll, she demonstrated her proven success in the areas of team development, project management, strategic planning, and integrated donor relationship management. Before Maryknoll, Lisa began her career in human resources for a consumer goods company.

Lisa holds a Master of Science Degree in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration as well as a professional certificate in fundraising from Boston University and a strategic human resource planning certificate from the University of Michigan. She serves on the executive board of directors for NCDC as the vice-chair as well as the chair of the mission advancement committee. She is committed and dedicated to sharing her love of mission with others and to helping those most in need. Lisa is also the religious education program coordinator of her local parish comprised of nearly 200 students.
